How long do orders take?
We hold some stock, but at times have to order books in. Please allow two weeks for shipping to be processed in most cases. We try to be as fast as we can.

Why do you offer subscriptions?
We know it can be hard to choose which book to read next. You will receive six books at a great price through your subscription so you can try something new.

What do we get in our individual (women's fiction) subscription?
This subscription lasts for a year. Six books will be sent for women and older teen readers featuring a mix of historical, drama, romance and suspense or mystery. If we have enough subscribers we can start to take feedback of types of books. We will run a survey after each subscription to get feedback on which books you liked more or less. You can also review the individual books on the website so we can help choose the best books for you in future.
What do we get in our individual (family fiction) subscription?
The subscription lasts for a year. You will be invited to renew at your second delivery.
You will receive six books a year (three each delivery) for either primary or secondary aged children. There will be a mix of books in style catering to kids of a range of ages. As we are choosing from Australian authors sometimes we will only be able to choose what new releases have come out recently. If you don't love every book in the delivery or they don't suit your family age group perhaps they can be used as a gift. We will welcome feedback to mix up what you get each time.
If we grow in subscription numbers we can split into boy or girl focused books, different age groups in primary school or mix up the genres. To start with the books will be a surprise!
How do we know the books will be good?
The books are selected from Australian and New Zealand authors who are published across the world. The people selecting the books also review for Novel Insight, a respected review service, and have been in publishing for over 16 years. While every book will vary in style, we want these books to be enjoyed by readers who may not hear about them without this service.
The books will be professional products from authors who are both self-published and traditionally published. You are guaranteed to find some unique Australian fiction and fabulous reads.

Can an individual subscribe to the school standing order?
Yes! If you would like to grow your family library, the school standing order is a much bigger pack. This is great for homeschoolers, church libraries and individuals who love a range of books. The family delivery includes a smaller selection of these books. It also doesn't include any picture books, while the school delivery does. The school delivery will also include books writtern by international authors.
How can local authors have their books considered for the deliveries (school/individual)?
Authors or publishers who have faith-inspired (Christian faith) novels should contact us prior to release. It would be best to know about the books well in advance so we can include your books pre-release. Subscribers will prefer not to have bought books elsewhere if they go in the standing order so we can only choose new or recently released titles. Details on our "For Authors" Page.
What if I order a standing order mid year?
This is fine. Your renewal will be at the same time each year and you will receive the next corresponding deliveries.
